The Ladies of Score Organization

The first meeting of a group of Black women convened August 6, 1974. We organized with the idea of oferring activities and programs to our community that are socially, culturally, religiously and educationally oriented. From our stated objectives we named our organization SCORE. In the latter part of 2004, the name ‘SCORE’ was changed to ‘Ladies of SCORE.’
